Dave Graham started his career in music videos, working as a commissioner at Island Records and traveling the world with bands and artists such as Amy Winehouse, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and the Sugababes. From there he made the transition to advertising, working for the likes of Mccann Erickson, Karmarama and Sapient Nitro, where he produced ads for brands such as Mastercard, Colman's and Volvo. Crossfire is the culmination of all thats come before, a life-long passion for creatively brilliant work and an addiction to all the weird and wonderful journeys the world of production can take you on.
With a background in visual communication, Gemma has spent several years working on branded content, short films, commercials and digital projects for a wide variety of clients. Having joined Crossfire in April 2013, Gemma has gone on to produce content for brands such as Blackcircles, Kärcher and International Alert. With a keen eye for idea-led creative strategies that invoke thought and challenge cultural perceptions in both film and advertising, Gemma has found her fit in production.
